January: Back Log Update

A quick update.  5 days ago we were almost caught up with transfers, emails, and phone calls.  We also have completed approximately 12 builds including testing for customers in the last two weeks and have at least that many in process. Currently we are now running about 7 – 10 days behind for transfers, phone responses are about 5 – 7 days, and emails right at 5 days.  The best way to communicate is by email and provide a subject line.  We are not selling AR parts so don’t contact us
